Jeff began advising and investing in early stage tech startups more than 20 years ago after first working as a CTO for a fintech startup in France. After working with the Lagardère Group, he joined the Paris 2024 bid team in 2005 alongside Tony Estanguet. He holds a degree in Sports Management from ESSEC and also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Saint-Mary’s College of California, where he was a tennis player.
