Niraj Shah is the CEO and Co-Chairman of Wayfair, co-founded with Steve Conine in 2002. Under his leadership, Wayfair has become the largest online retailer of home furnishings in the U.S., generating $12 billion in revenue in 2023, with operations across North America and Europe and approximately 11,000 employees. Before Wayfair, Shah co-founded Simplify Mobile and Spinners, served as COO of iXL, and was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Greylock Partners. Recognized by Fortune’s "40 Under 40" and as Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year, Shah holds a B.S. in engineering from Cornell University and serves on several prestigious boards.
