We’re looking for a results-driven Store Manager to lead our Tyson Galleria boutique in McLean, VA.
You’ll be responsible for elevating client experience, inspiring your team, and ensuring operational excellence all while embodying the spirit of Jacadi: elegance, authenticity, and care.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Client Experience
Achieve and exceed store sales goals through genuine, personalized client engagement.
Build long-term client relationships through in-store, email, and text communication.
Create an inviting, elegant shopping experience reflective of Jacadi’s values.
2. Leadership & Team Development
Inspire and coach your team daily on the sales floor.
Lead by example, fostering a culture of motivation, accountability, and collaboration.
Recruit, onboard, and train new hires while nurturing individual growth.
3. Operational Excellence
Oversee daily store operations, including payroll, inventory, and compliance.
Ensure store standards meet visual, legal, and safety requirements.
Maintain accurate reporting and cost control aligned with P&L objectives.
4. Brand Representation
Uphold Jacadi’s image through pristine merchandising and refined visual displays.
Act as an ambassador for the brand within the Tyson Galleria community.
Collaborate closely with district leadership on HR, operations, and client strategy.
Profil recherché
- 2–4 years of proven experience in retail store management, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
- A natural leader with strong people-management and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage a full P&L.
- A passion for client service and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- French language skills and/or knowledge of children’s fashion are a plus.
